Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 Hass avocados ripe
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or (vanilla yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup good quality ricotta cheese (calabro or sorrento)
- chopped pistachios for garnish
Directions
In a blender, place all ingredients except for the last two. Blend till you have a smooth consistency, if too thick you can add a little more milk.
- Place in serving glasses and top with a dollop of ricotta and pistachios, enjoy!
